Job Interview Questions: Job interview outfit?

I have a job interview this weekend at a local amusement park, and I'm afraid of what to wear. Any ideas or anything to say? Please and thankyou!

A Job Interview Guide for Starters

Recommended Answer:
Wear something similar to the job you're applying for; just a little bit dressier.

The Proper Instruments For Passing the Job Interview

  • Your interview is your first impression. Depending on your style and confidence level what you wear will enhance the presentation of yourself. Black/Khaki bottoms and a white top. Neatly pressed.

Casual walking shoes, meaning not gym shoes but not necessarily dress shoes. Black slacks, a nice pair of Dickie's or all black, non faded and non fitted (cling to your butt) jeans. White polo, or collard shirt.

  • Showing a little skin is scientifically proven to be a sound business strategy.

Keep a sober attitude....you be fine...

Addressing Illegal Questions in Job Interviews

  • Stop smoking pot and hope they use a urine test.

  • You probably wont pass, that is a long time to have been smoking that often. There are some products you can buy online that say they can make you pass, but some are detectable depending on the type of test they do (urine, hair...) and some wont work when there is that mych THC in your system. The best way would be to use someone elses urine. It will take at least one month (probably more) for that amount of THC to flush out of your system, so just stopping smoking wont help.

You should have stopped smoking while looking for a job!

Job Interview Questions: Ideas for a lesson plan for preschool children for a job interview?

I am interviewing with a preschool and for the interview they want me to write up a lesson plan and present it to a small group of children. I'm totally stumped on ideas. I'm looking for something relatively short (10-15 minutes) that's not messy and since it's very short, something that doesn't require a big long introduction. I would appreciate any help!

Keep it simple and avoid product oriented activities. Read a book and lead a simple activity. Here are a few ideas:
*Read A House For Hermit Crab. Bring an assortment of sea shells for the children to examine. Ask questions to encourage discussion. Questions such as is it hard or soft? Bumpy or smooth? What colors do you see? Do you think Hermit Crab could live in that shell? Let the children handle the shells, sort them and talk about shape, colors, textures, etc.
*Read I'm The Biggest Thing in the Ocean. Ask 4 children of varying heights to stand up and ask the rest of the children to help you arrange them in order from tallest to shortest. This gives you lots of opportunity for discussion, and you are teaching them the terms tallest and shortest and teaching them to arrange in graduated order.
*Read a book such as Planting a Rainbow by Lois Ehlert. Ahead of time, make bright simple pictures of flowers (2 of each) on half sheets of black construction paper. Don't make too many. 12 or 14 cards will be plenty. After you read the story, play Memory with your flower cards. Talk about matching colors and shapes.

Each of these scenarios addresses a variety of skills including language, math, and literacy skills, as well as social skills. Do you know how to write a lesson plan? You could find a lot of different styles of lesson plan templates on line and adapt one so that you have something written to show them. Here's a web site with some plan format ideas: www.lessonplans4teachers.com/dail… Just use them to give you ideas how to go about writing up a plan for your activity.

Job Interview Questions: If you are on a job interview and you decide that you don't want the job, what is the professional way to tell?

the interviewer?

I'm going on a job interview for a medical billing/front desk receptionist position and I'm thinking about only accepting the job if they can cross train me in both medical billing and front desk work, and then let me do most of the medical billing.

It's also part-time. How do I ask during the interview if they could make me a full-time employee eventually?

  • on a job interview there is a point where you interview the person doing the interviewing. you let them know what you can provide the company/business and at some point flat out ask if they cross train or in your case be willing to cross train you in those areas. the worse they can say is no and if that's the case then you then kindly thank them and let them know that's what you are looking for then excuse yourself.

  • You should bring this up first tell them you don't want to waste their time so this is what your looking for
