Job Interview Questions: I have a job interview for vodafone as a technical adviser?

ive passed the phone interview but have the personal one on friday
can anyone give me any tips or tell me what to expect?
thank you

5 Job Interview Tips

Recommended Answer:
Learn everything you can about the company before you go for your interview. Match up your skills and experience with what the company does.

Make sure you have a professional-looking resume that clearly lists all of your relevant experience and education. Dress professionally and carry yourself with confidence.

Every interview is different so it is hard to predict exactly what to expect. You need to listen carefully to the interviewer's questions and answer them truthfully and fully. Try to give specific examples from your background that show how well-suited you are to fill the position. If they ask you what salary you expect, tell them that you are "open".

After the interview, thank the interviewer for his/her time and tell them that you are genuinely interested in the job. Also, ask them when they expect to make a decision.

Good luck!

Job Interview Questions: What to say when cold calling a hiring manager for a job interview?

I was told by some people that after submitting a resume and application for a position that you should call up the hiring manager, or whoever else is in charge or applications, and as them if you could come in for an interview. But I don't know how to go about doing something like that over the phone, can someone give me some advice on what to say when I call? If I can get a sense of what to say I think I can make a good impression.

What To Wear On A Job Interview

    Recommended Answer:
call & ask to speak to the manager. make sure you greet whoever answers the phone & sound very professional. ask them how they are doing before you ask to speak to the manager, so they can put in a good word incase the manager asks. once the manager picks up, greet them as well. introduce yourself & tell them you are calling to follow up on a resume/application you submitted on [date you submitted] the conversation should go from there. if they arent in, leave a message with your name & number ofcourse. but either way, try callin back again. hope this helps!

Job Interview Skills - 9 Things You Should Never Do in an Interview

    • My advice is this: don't call. If they're interested, they will call you and extend an offer for an interview. They have a job they are trying to do, and cannot take away from their time to constantly answer the phone for candidates who want an interview.

Be patient and just keep applying in the meantime. Good luck.

    • if they to interview you, they will call you - for any actual job openings, they will only interview the top 2-4 applicants - even if there were 100 applications

if there is NO current openings, then they are not going to interview anyone

The difference is mainly the fabric and the cut. This difference is mainly the fabric and cut. Casual pants for men can range from khakis to cargo pants where dress pants will be constructed out of fabrics that usually have to be dry cleaned and are tailored so that they drape the man's body.

Job Interview Questions: What can i expect from my walmart job interview?

How to Pass a Job Interview

      Recommended Answer:
They're going to ask you things like this:

"Name a time when you faced adversity and overcame it."
"Name a time when you worked successfully with a group."
"When is it OK to break the rules?"

They will probably not ask you anything regarding money, customer service, or anything that actually pertains to a cashier's job. Instead, they're just looking for ways to help them sift through the pile of applications. Just answer coherently and you'll be fine. As I recall, you'll need your ID, but I think that's all. Oh, and you'll also need to do a drug screening right after the offer to hire.

The Secret To Job Interview Success

        Recommended Answer:
Since you're still a minor, you're only allowed to work a certain number of hours per day and per week as required by law. I don't know what state you live in, but there are different laws pertaining to minors in the workforce for each state (you might want to look into it). If the hours you mentioned are the only hours you CAN work, then yes, tell whoever interviews you that. It's possible you might not get the job based on availability, so sometimes it's better to be flexible. Hopefully they like you enough where you can make a schedule that works for you...good luck!

Job Interview Questions: What is the best answer to this job interview question? Can you name something negative about yourself?

I don't want to go with the usual "I'm too much of a perfectionist" or "I take on too much responsibility" or "I work too hard". I feel these are cliche responses that they will see right through. I also don't want to say something bad about myself that makes them not want to give me the job.

I have an interview for a possible promotion and I know they always ask this question, no matter how pointless it seems to me.

          Recommended Answer:
"I smoke too much crack and sometimes it interferes with my work"
"I frequently want to bop people on the head who ask me stupid questions"
"I have trouble sharing responsibility since I want to be sure it's done correctly"
I suggest going with the 3rd one...

          • The best way to answer this question is to pick a skill, software, or training relevant to the job that you dont know and explain that you haven't had to opportunity to learn A and than follow up with an action plan on how you want to acquire that.

This shows that you are capable of recognizing your weaknesses but you have the direction and drive to get the solutions you need

          • I would tell them that it's a very hard question which would require some soul searching, but you would expect it to be trivial whatever it might be. I would add that no one is perfect but that you always aspire to that end.

Job Interview Preparation - Ease the Stress of Interviewing

          Recommended Answer:
You do better to say how your previous job didnt fit what you were looking for. Let them know how the position that you are interviewing for matches your goals and how excited you are to becoming part of their team. You come across all types of people in business, sorry you had a bad experience with your last job but dont start pointing fingers/bashing your former supervisor in an interview, it's unprofessional and reflects badly on you. If you were the interviewer, would you want to hire someone like that?

Tips For Facing a Job Interview

          • Yes, it will make you look like you can't cope and that you are a problem employee. "Unfortunately, it just wasn't a good match for my skill set and personality. I have had such wonderful experiences with this company and heard great things about working for you/them that I think that this would be a much better fit." If they push it, you can always say how you do incredibly well under pressure and with most kinds of management, but that you didn't mesh with their management style. This doesn't make you look whiny or like you are blaming anyone.

Job Interview Questions: Who to send Thank you letter after Job interview?

My HR got my husband a job interview at a different client HR works for. He was interviewed by two direcotirs in different departments. My husband does not have neither one of their e-mail addresses because he was obviously contacted by the HR. Who do you think he should send the thank you e-mails to? I thought maybe calling the office to ask for those two guys e-mail addresses for Thank you letters is too much? Should he just send it to HR guy?

          What do you think?
Any input would greatly be appreciated.

I like the idea of calling and getting the email addresses. It doesn't hurt to thank the HR person as well. And I think a thank you email is better than sending a letter.

Learn How To Win The Job Interview Test!

          • Honestly in what the person said below in about an e-mail instead of a thank you letter. I've learned through taking many business classes that after an interview if you send an e-mail it shows that you did it at a fast pace without taking your time that it seems unprofessional. If you send a lettter it requires more effort and time because anyone can pop an e-mail.

Second I would thank the person that interviewed you as well as the HR company that was doing the hiring/interviewing. I hope that helps :) I wish your husband the best of luck :)

Job Interview Advice - Dos and Don'ts For Your Big Day

          Recommended Answer:
Hi there, I worked in McDonalds for a while.

Wear smart clothes - Black trousers and a shirt (If your a guy).

Aim to arrive around 10 minutes early. On entering approach the counter and say "Hi I'm (name) and I've got an interview at (time)." They will probably then ask you to ake a seat while you wait for the interviewer.

The interview will most likely be held in the actual restaurant seating area, however, it will probably be quiet either way don't let potential customers put you off.

They will ask you questions on team work, working under pressure, working with customers etc. Just be yourself and answer honestly, they will be looking for answers such as:

"I enjoy working within a team"
"I enjoy working in a fast paced environment"
"I aim to provide excellent customer service etc"

Questions to ask: What training is provided? What are the progression prospects? What is the average day here at work like?

          Good Luck!

Also remember to stay calm, smile, be interested at all time and show enthusiasm for the job.
