Job Interview Questions: What should i wear to my Gilly Hicks job interview?

The store is similar to hollister, the girls who work there where the gilly hicks brand, the koala shirt and jean shorts. so should i dress like that? also is it ok if i bring a purse? p.s. it's a big purse

How to Blow a Job Interview in Less Than Five Minutes

Recommended Answer:
Wear a dress from there and some sandals. I think you should bring your purse if there's stuff in there you really need. But if not, then don't bring it. Like if your dress doesn't have pockets, make sure it's a nice purse though. Not all big and worn out. The shorts and shirt are fine to wear to work, I've seen that at Gilly Hicks, but since it's an interview go a little more classy, but laid back at the same time. Maybe even wear a skirt with a tee. That will be okay I think.

What To Do And Not To Do In A Job Interview

  • Don't wear jeans and a tee shirt. Wear a skirt with a nice top and heels. It's an interview so you need to make a good impression. If you go in jeans and a tee shirt you look like your going to go watch tv or something not work. Honestly what do you need in your purse? The less distractions you have the better. I would not bring a purse into the interview if I were you.

  • A skirt with a nice top and heels or flats. No flip flops, jeans or tee shirts.

Are you applyying for a cna position in an adult foster home, hospital, nursing home, or retirement center?
Depeding which ones the answers would be a bit different.
1. There strenghts on the job.
Like if your kind, patient, able to pass meds efficently and error free, also able to redirect.
2. Weaknesses depends on yourself.
Like not being fully comfortable with hospice care, or still learning how to to use oxygen mmachines, and inject insulin.
3. If your goal is to make money you picked the wrong job.
Most can jobs pay minimu wadge to 13 at most.
So you could say to finish a degree in nursing specializing in gereatrics.

A List of Tough Job Interview Questions For Tough Times

  • your strengths based on a CNA just think of them quickly before hand, they most likely won't ask weaknesses but in case think of something that won't be too harmful to your interview, and for goals think about your work environment and how you can help customers, employees, and the company in general (do not say to make money).

  • Obviously, you're not suited to do this job if you can't answer these simple questions. Also, no one on yahoo knows you personally, so it's hard for us to answer what your greatest strengths are.

  • BE YOUR SELF DONT WORRY AND DONT LISTEN TO IDIOTS LIKE ROCKY. HE IS ON ALL THE TIME AND HE DOESNT WORK.

  • There is no "right". Just be honest.

  • im to good at everything

Job Interview Questions: If you are in a job interview and they ask you the following question..........?

if you are in a job interview and they ask you the following question.....''what are your key strenghs and weakness?'' what would you answer? Please only serious answers

The Key Job Interview Areas Which Will Decide Your Success

Recommended Answer:
Well obviously I cannot answer for you for I don't know you. But for me, I answer:
My key strengths punctuality are team spirit, hard-worker and I am multilingual.
And my weakness is I don't like cleaning toilets as it depresses me.

Make sure to stress that you are looking forward to working for such a great (name of the company). That should impress the recruiter or manager or boss.

3 Steps to a Great Job Interview

  • I would say "I'm honest, I have a strong work ethic, I work well with diverse groups, and I enjoy this kind of work".

For the weaknesses, I always say "I like to figure things out on my own, and sometimes delay asking for help from others". (somewhat of a non-weakness in engineering, where I work).

Don't use the over-used "I tend to drive myself too hard sometimes". Everybody's heard that one.

  • depends on what type of job you are applying for. I would say then think of all theskills and experiences you have in that certain area, and mention asmuch as you can so it seems you have the right skills for that position you want.

  • You should offer them an oral examination as your key strength. That'll get you the position for sure.

Job Interview Questions: How often should you call after a job interview?

i just had a job interview and they said they would call me but i still called after 2 days and they said the same thing. should i call again or what??

Our Six-Step Guide to a Successful Job Interview

    Recommended Answer:
If they say they will call you and don't, keep calling. It'll suck if they say no, but it's unfair they string you along with false hope. Since you already called once (which after 2 days is reasonable), calling back once a week from now on is sufficient. It'll keep you in the loop without being too bothersome.

How to Prepare for a Job Interview

    • DON'T CALL. It looks like you are desperate for the job and they won't hire you, its best not to call them everyday and ask them over and over again or else they wont conciser to hire you at all. Its hard but they have to review every single person they interviewed, remember that you're not the only one in the position for the job. If they call you, they call you. If they don't, they don't think you're ready for the job. It's best not to pester them or else they wont conciser you for the job at all. Apply for more jobs and don't sit around and call them once a day, if someone wants to hire you, they will call you and interview you and then decide whether you're right for the position or not.

    • 16 17 times a day, and get their home number call there to. Also it's good idea to be waiting in there driveway when they get home. Oh, and follow their kids around a lot.

    • I would probably wait, unless they want an employee that's always pushing for answers and has little patience.

They would take your repeated calls as a lack of professionalism on your part.

    • call them twice a day then they will see how motivated you are and how much you really want the job

"If you are not professionally attired, you won't get the job, even if you are the most qualified," says image consultant Sandy Dumont. "Always dress better than required for an interview. Never dress down, because it is insulting to the other person. It says, 'I don't have to impress you; I dress for my own comfort.' When you dress to impress, they get it, and you will stand out.
