Job Interview Questions: Should I be myself during a job interview?

I am a 15 year old female, who is going for an interview at a local Steak-n-Shake.
I am very bubbly, outgoing, and friendly. But I am not over the top. Should I be serious, or be myself?
How should I dress, and should I smile alot, or will that make me seem to eager?

Job Interview Techniques - 3 Super Tips When Preparing For A Job Interview

  • Be yourself, because if you're sitting with no smiles and generally seeming like a boring person, then if you get the job the person who hired you will feel like you cheated him out of a serious worker. Always remember to act like you already have the job at interviews, it helps immensely so your boss doesn't feel like you lied!
Good luck, hope you get the job, and hope this helped! :)

  • I would be yourself since the job would require a bubbly personality if your a server but also seem a little serious like ask about how long the shifts are and how many days a week they would want you to work stuff like that.
For clothing you could wear nice khaki pants, nice flats or boots and nice top
For most part time jobs nice casual works unless your going for more serious position then I suggest business attire

  • Dress nicely to show that you are eager and professional. Be nice, and show that you will be a good employee.

  • First decide that whatever job you get, you will work hard and keep a good (positive and constructive, not ditzy) attitude...that you are there to make the business work, not just to make some money.

Really add that to who you are.....THEN, go in and be yourself, with that very attitude right on the surface.

    Attitude is everything.

    Good luck.
