They will most likely ask you about your billing/coding experience, which other specialties you have worked in.

If you just graduated from school, they'll ask you about the classes you took. How familiar you are with ICD 9, CPT, HCPCS, E/M, insurance regulations. They might ask which software programs you know.

And they might ask for you to give them an example of being a team player, a time you had a conflict with someone (either coworker or a patient, etc.) and how you resolved it.
