Job Interview Questions: What to wear to a job interview at store in the mall?

I have an interview at a store called Stitches which is kinda like forever 21, and was just wondering what i should wear? This is my first interview and i am 16. What other tips would you give to someone like me?

• That's a really cute dress! I don't think a black cardigan would be necessary, though I do suggest tights if the dress if too short.
  It won't look tacky. I mean it may take away 2% of the cuteness, but if it is too short (that can be your judgement call), you will definitely appear as trashy and not get the job.
  Smile often and ask and answer questions with personality. No one wants a generic answer, because those are often meaningless. Appear fun and energetic, but not too quirky or loud. But above all that, remain professional. Personality and professionality don't need to come separately.

• go spy at what the manager is wearing & copy that.If u don't get the job,return it.Besides focus more on ur school at this age than going banana on a stupid job & stupid corporates that encourage teens to join them.U don't wanna end up meeting ur friends who chose to stay in school while u're cleaning the floor or taking the trash out.Once u start with them they'll remind u that it includes cleaning the restrooms or pushing shopping carts,if not washing ur s/visor's car.Relax,this is no Mexico where u dress up like Paris Hilton or Shakira at school.It'll pay later on if u hang in there for awhile with jeans & tees.

• I don't like that dress. Sorry but that's my opinion. I would wear a nice fancy shirt, some skinny jeans, and a pair of sandals. You're still young so you don't want to look like you're trying too hard.
