They will ask the usual type of Q's - have you experience in the customer service field ?; do you deal well with the public ?; etc like that. Be prepared to dress very nicely - suit for male and skirt for female; they have a strict dress code, so no tattoos/piercings, no mustaches for men, no dangling earrings for female ( & none at all for male). You also will have to join their union and have the dues taken from your paycheck......all this info & more is on their website
