Job Interview Questions: What do I wear to a Panara job interview?

It's my first job interview. I was planning on wearing a casual skirt with a cardigan. Would heels be too dressy?

Which should I wear? Or should I change my whole entire outfit?

That sounds good. To any interview wear dressy clothes. Dress business like even for panera. You may want to review how to spell PANERA Bread. Dont listen to the other person. You dont need to wear a suit unless you are going to a corporate job. For a retail or restaurant job any skirt that isnt a jean skirt and a nice shirt with a cardigan is appropriate.

    • You should dress professionally in a business suit. Flats would be better than heels. Its a job interview, not a date.

Makeup and hair color should look natural.

Job Interview Questions: Do anybody have any tips about how a job interview is going to take place?

i have just applied for a job at Publix and i am wondering how to prepare my self for a job interview.

Preparation is the key to mastering a job interview. Plan ahead, organize your thoughts and materials.

    Good luck :-)

Job Interview Tips for Second Interviews

    • I have found that I do better at interviews when I am more honest and not trying to hide something. I know it seems strange, but I always feel that people are trying to see if you are a fit. If you are asked for an interview, then you are obviously qualified for the job. Just do your homework about the company and the position. Practice some common interview questions and be yourself. Also, never forget as they are interviewing you, you are interviewing them. So always ask yourself "would I want to work here". If you are unemployed, obviously, you will have to take what you can get, but above all, be yourself and honest and you will do fine

    • This may not answer your direct question, but I believe it is good advice. One thing that job seekers seem not to know or forget is that all employers are looking for a certain type of worker. They are looking for an honest, hard working, fairly intelligent and dependable employee. They are also looking for a person who can get along with the public and other employees. If you don't have every one of those characteristics, your chances are slim and none to get and hang onto a job.

Always think about who you would like to hire if you were looking for an employee. Would you hire you? Look at yourself at the way you walk, talk and dress. Are you a dependable employee? If you were to be asked that question, how would you answer? Would you want you out on the firing line talking to customers? Why? You would want the best person talking to your customers, wouldn't you? Are you the best person? Why?

Your wants, needs and desires are not really important to a business owner. Stop thinking about yourself and start thinking about how you could improve the business you want to work for. Put yourself in the driver's seat and let the interviewer know who you are and what you can do for them. Somehow let them know that you are their best choice from all the others that are applying for the job.

If you really want to get hired, you should be camping out at the nearest library reading every job hunting book you can get your hands on. These books are a great help. Read them several times. It has been said that getting the job is harder than the job itself—so you need to be PREPARED.

    • The important thing is to ensure you prepare for an interview. Make sure you have researched the company and understand the job. Dress smart and make sure you present yourself in a friendly and courteous manner. Some good interview tips are here

    • Dress appropriately, give straight answers to questions (be honest, and don't talk and talk and talk), use humor when it's possible, and make sure you look the interviewer straight in the eyes.
      Hope this helps.

Job Interview Questions: What should I say during a job interview?

I have a job interview with starbucks this afternoon, I have worked for them before:

If they ask what did I like: I liked making seasonal drinks- like summer fun so it can get my creative juices flowing..

My favorite drink was the Caramel Machiatto b/c it was the most colorful. or does that sound stupid?

What could I say if they ask: what do you think you could contribute to our company?

What To Do During A Job Interview

    Recommended Answer:
You would like to make a point on being customer service friendly and how you manage efficiency while handling orders. You also said that you worked for them before so they will ask why you had left. Make sure that you left on good terms (I.E. went back to school full time.)

Always remember, when they ask you a question, be relaxed, no short or long answers. Be on key and to the point.

    Good luck in your interview.

The Inevitable Job Interview Question: "Why Did You Leave (Are Planning To Leave) Your Last Position

    • I think you should look higher above the horizon. Go to their website and learn more about Starbucks. You will be amazed that seasonal drinks is just a drop in the bucket.
This will definitely help get juices flowing.

    • U can say to best of my ability will discharge my duties I F u are satisfied initially you also give me freedom to work and express me views.with due respect to you i want my views are also honoured

    • You have prior experience with Starbucks, which means that you'll be able to hit the ground running without needing much training. You can also highlight your customer service and drink making skills.

Job Interview Questions: How honest to be in a job interview?

I'm a teen and I've never gone to a job interview before, and I'm looking for a job. It's good to be ready for interviews and prepare answers to questions I may be asked, but what if my honest answers aren't appealing? Should I lie? Like if the honest answer to "What are 3 adjectives that your friends/family would use to describe you?" is clumsy, unorganized and short-tempered? Or the answer to a direct question like "How are you people skills?" is a bit awkward and not good with small talk?

What To Bring To A Job Interview - Interview Basics

    Recommended Answer:
You need to be more positive. You don't have to tell them all your weaknesses, but you also shouldn't make up a munch of skills that you don't have. Write down all your strengths, all the things that you are good at.

For example, I'm a bit shy and don't have great communication skills, BUT I am very patient with people and always polite, and THAT's what I mention in the job interview. You get what I mean?

If your family would only describe you as clumsy and short-tempered, then forget that. Focus on the positive things they would say about you. (Although I might caution about being short-tempered with people, it could cost you your job)

Good luck with your job search.
