What to Do When Your Job Interviewer is Distracted - And You Want This Job

Recommended Answer:
the jewelry stores that i have worked at have a dress code for girls. it includes panty hose, slacks, or a knee length skirt, a modest shirt (nothing low cut or see thru), and a jacket (like a suit jacket), or a dress with panty hose. the shoes did not matter as long as they were dress shoes.

Job Interviewing Tips

  • it really doesn't matter what you wear as much as the way you present yourself....don't wear a really low cut shirt(just cuz they do it in the movies doesn't mean it works)....A nice pair of slacks and pumps with a matching shirt would do just fine make yourself look like you are a well groomed and mature individual.

  • Slacks, Button up blouse, Flats, Up. Black bottoms white blouse.

  • Dress semi casual. Black pants, black shoes

Tips to Boost Your Job Interview Confidence

Recommended Answer:
My wife worked for them and hated it. That's in the USA. Her hours sucked because many of the start times of the job would be very late at night or early in the morning. They want you to count their inventory and not disrupt business or be in the way of their customers while they are shopping. So you could get an inventory call to be at a store at 1:30AM or 3:00AM. It varied so greatly that your life really was not your own. It also scared her to have to drive to the stores location, leave her car and walk across a dark parking lot to the stores enterance. Some of your jobs will not be in safe areas.

I got a better job and she was able to quit.

Job Interview Questions: I was wondering what kind of questions do you ask the employer at your first job interview?

It's easy to get a job there - and you really shouldn't ask questions of the interviewer unless you don't fully understand THEIR question.
    --------------------------
I mean, you can ask a few, like "How many hours a week do you think I would be scheduled for if I get hired?" and "How often are paychecks issued? Weekly or bi-weekly?". Stuff like that.

The Job Interview Process - What to Expect

      Recommended Answer:
Good interviews come with practice, so grab some people in your house and get them to pretend they are interviewing you..

make sure you go to the toilet first
take a bottle of water in with you as no doubt you will get a dry mouth from being nervous
      make sure you have eaten

try and stay calm, speak slowly and be yourself. I doubt they will ask you 'loads of questions' possibly a few about previous experience/your reasons for wanting the job.

The more you worry, the more you'll be flustered tomorrow. Good night sleep and practice :) good luck.

Job Interview Questions: What is appropriate to wear to a job interview?

What would you say is the perfect job interview outfit and describe it. I dont know if you're suppose to wear a suit or what...i personally would have thought that was a bit too dressy but then again, i had 2 job interviews last month and i wore a really nice, formal looking skirt with a black cardy thing and im thinking maybe that was underdressed.
What would you recommend you wear to a job interview for say an office administration position?

The Proper Instruments For Passing the Job Interview

      Recommended Answer:
For an office job, it is always a good idea to wear a suit or coordinated separates that include a skirt or trousers and a jacket, even if you do not need to be that dressed up on a daily basis once you land the job. Wear a blouse in a color that you feel confident in. I think it is better to wear color than white to set yourself apart from the herd. Wear freshly polished closed toe shoes, tasteful jewelry and make up. Keep your hair more professionally unfussy than sexy. Be sure everything is clean and well pressed.
