I have my first job interview tomorrow and I need some good tips or things I can expect at the interview.

it depends on where you have an interview at but just say that you're a good worker, you enjoy teamwork,
you're honest, hardworking, eager to learn and always looking for advancement

• It is always an uncomfortable process, but you can make it as painless as possible by being prepared. Know what job you are interviewing for and know a little bit about what they are going to expect from the person they hire.
  
  They may ask these random questions like "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" and things like that. Just be calm and try to be as honest as you can, using the job as a context. That is - say something like "In 5 years I expect that I will be in a position to supervise the job I am being hired for today, and look forward to the opportunities this company has to offer." Get the idea?
  
  All interviews are different. Some are very quick. Some take hours, when you talk to several people one at a time. Sometimes you are interviewed by a group of people.
  
  Know the company.
  Know your skills and what you have to offer.
  Be positive.
  Ask questions about whether there will be any travel, etc. But don't ask specifically about money, unless they offer you the job or they bring up the subject.

• Don't get nervous - employers like confident people.
  
  You might be asked about strengths and weaknesses - for weaknesses don't say "some people say I work too hard" this sounds really corny. You could say something along the lines of, "when under pressure I've made some minor errors" and be prepared to give some examples of this.
  
  Don't raise your eyebrows when smiling - this makes you look too eager, sketchy, someone who might get dominated too easily, not confident etc
