Job Interview Questions: What is the difference between a regular job interview and a job placement interview?

..Is there even a difference? Lol. I had an interview at a daycare about 3 weeks ago, and I was called and schedule for a Job Placement interview.. What does that mean? What's the difference between a regular job interview and a job PLACEMENT interview? This may sound obvious, but I'd like to know.. Thanks, all! <3
