Since your job interview is in retail, I believe you should go with a classy yet causal look. Jeans that are dark wash or light wash would be nice- as long as theres no holes or rips in them. Make sure they're not distressed so they don't look worn out. I would pair them with a blouse or sweater. Since your going with a causual bottom, make sure you dress up the top. You can can wear skirt with a fitted blazer as well . I worked previously many years in retail , and my advice dress professional and going on the interview remember to bring a folder with resume.   A suit wouldn't be necessary for a retail position at a casual store such as this, but you should still look professional and put together. The bottom line is you want to look as though you woke up and cared enough to make the effort, not just rolled out of bed and didn't have time for a comb. Perfume and colognes should be kept to a minimum, keeping in mind many people today even have allergies and are sensitive to such elements.
