Job Interview Questions: Do i need a resume for a job interview at target?

I applied to target online and they called me for a job interview that is scheduled for Friday. I am going to be a cart pusher and this is my first job. Do i need a resume?

• I worked at Target awhile back, and they did not ask for a resume. In fact, a person who actually brought one to her interview was not hired. They are interested in your personality and capability of doing the job. You will also have to pass a criminal background check and drug screen in order to be hired. Just be yourself and have that "Can I help you find something?" attitude (because that's what they look for). Good luck!
