Job Interview Questions: Is it ok to wear a flower head band to a job interview?

I have a job interview tomorrow, its a telemarketing job for college students and its minimum wage. I recently cut my hair really short and i usually accessorize with headbands but do you think a head band kind of similar to this one www.beadyeyesdesigns.co.uk/ekmps/… is appropriate? my hair is natural, its in a cute curly afro.

• It all depends on what kind of job, if you were going for a position in a retail fashion store I would say go right ahead. You would need to display a variety of fashion trends and would be acceptable. A headband would be cute but the one in the picture might be too big. Something pretty like that but scaled down so that it would not be too much of an attention getter. You want to be professional and presentable but not over the top.


• Well, quite honestly i dont find it appropriate. I think you should blow out or straighten your hair and save the headband for off work hours. The headband is cute, but dressing and looking mature helps a lot.
