Job Interview Questions: What do you think about this job interview?

I had a job interview at mcdonalds five days ago and she said she would email me within seven days.
Last time i got a job there i was emailed as soon as i got home to say i got the job, i haven't been emailed yet and its been five days.
The interview went really well and im was pretty confident i got it but now ive almost fully accepted i probably haven't gotten it lol
But do you think theres any chance i still got it and there just being heaps lazy ?

You really don't know how many people they interviewed or what is going on with the person doing the hiring.
