Job Interview Questions: Help with a second job interview at jcpenney?

I have a second job interview at JCpenney. What does a second job interview for JCpenney usually mean?

What questions should I ask?

What questions should I expect to be asked?

Why Being Interviewed First Can Mean "Last" in a Job Interview

Recommended Answer:
overall, the second interview is more of a technicality...it usually just means the interviewer didn't have the authority to make the final decision so you will be meeting with a manager...occassionally it will mean they are debating between you and someone else, generally thats not the case though...its most likely just that they want to introduce you to those who make the final decision...in my second interview they just asked me about my availability and certain questions about whether or not i would be able to handle certain parts of the job...smile a lot and converse as much as you can...as a warning, my manager just sat there and stared at me and nodded occassionally, and then would wait like a minute and ask me another question just so see how id react...and apparently, what he was looking for was smiling and politeness...so just smile a lot, and just answer the questions the way you would in a conversation...my second interview didnt last long, they didnt ask much, like i said, it was more just a technicality, so look nice, and smile a lot...
