Job Interview Questions: The whole Job Interview Process seems to be getting more difficult?

There is a new law now that says no one can (Smoke) in public places, Im wondering who do I contact, to speak a piece of my mind about Job Interviews? Im hoping I can change things with the Interview process with time. Who do I speak to? Government? President? who?

You don't say how smoking is relevant to the job interview process. Under a democratic government, a company is allowed to operate its recruitment procedures in any way it chooses. Only a dictatorship would impose laws restricting companies in this way

  • There is no law that you can change regarding an interview process.
    Its up to the potential employer to set its own process to ensure that they get the right person for the job. Some are better at it than others but your right some are ridiculous.
    The only thing you can do is write to the employer afterwards and state what you think they can do better.
