Job Interview Questions: Is this okay to wear to a job interview at a clothing store?

I have an interview at Justice, a tween clothing story, and I was wondering if a strapless floral dress would be appropriate. It's black and comes down to the knees; I want to wear a cardigan and flats with it as well, and it doesn't show any cleavage.

Would this be suitable?
