Do NOT wear anything too formal and dressy. Even though wearing abercrombie kids or Hollister will make you desperate, you should be wearing it. A model is the store cashier (or an impact which folds the clothes in the back etc) wears Hollister/abercrombie kids clothing to the job.

For the Hollister interview, wear mostly Hollister (but not all). Don't wear any items that you got from a store that competes with Hollister/A&F such as Aeropostale or American Eagle. Don't wear any black. Try not to wear any make up or any nail polish. Don't wear all Hollister or it'll make you look desperate.

Wear a nice Hollister top (Navy or White) with shorts. For shoes, wear Vans or Converse (if you wear Vans or Converse, wear Hollister shorts) or Hollister flip-flops.

Same thing applies for abercrombie kids, abercrombie kids top, shorts, abercrombie kids flip-flops or Vans/Converse. Don't wear any nail polish or makeup (if you can't go without make up, just a bit eyeliner and a thin coat of mascara) and be confident.

Good luck on the interview!

8 Tips For Doing Well on Your Big Job Interview

  • What you wear to those interview is pretty much the first test. The interviewers want to see that you've done your research and know that you should dress up as though it is your first day at work. They want to see that you are representing their brand and actually care about the position. The interview itself is pretty easy. I applied for impact at both HCo and A&F and the interview questions were the exact same so they may also be the same for the model position. Good luck!

  • Go naked.
