Job Interview Training For Managers - Will's Story
Recommended Answer:
I'm sure it won't. They may doubt your commitment to the job a tiny bit and if you will keep a persistent attendence in coming into work, but as long as you have a good CV, you'll do fine.
Just put your absent days behind them, if the answers crops up, explain that your putting it behind you and you've been through pregnancy, they might understand.
Just do the usual, really.
Be honest with them, they wouldn't take well to dishonesty.
Just dress appropriately and approach them kindly with a firm handshake and maintain eye contact.
I think you'll do well, despite not having a job for 4 years.
Good luck.
How to Answer Job Interview Questions Correctly and Get Hired
- congrats! i'm going through the same thing and have an interview for monday! just explain why, and if you've done anything in the meantime (raising your child, volunteering, anything, etc) just tell them that, and make sure they know you are READY to go and willing to work HARD. you'll be just fine. good luck to us both on getting back in the game :)
- nothing wrong with being a stay at home mum, i'd try emphasize what a journey it's been for you looking after a child and how you now feel ready to explore something new and exciting
