Job Interview Questions: What to wear to a job interview at a grocery store?

I was think of wearing this light blue long sleeve tunic top with a collar, dark jeans( because I do not own those tan pants or black dress pants,and these brown flats with light pink nail polish. I will wear light make up. Probably only mascara and cover-up and powder.
Is this ohkay? or should I wear something else?
Also, how early should I be?
It's my first job interview so that's why I am soo nervous. Aha. I really want a job. (:
