Research the company a little and get the jump on the interview. Know what they offer to their employees, benefits, incentives. Know what you want from them. Don't act nervous. Sell your heart out like you are the guy they need and tell them why you're the best guy for the position. Look him in the eye when you talk to them. Speak loudly and sure of yourself, showing confidence. And offer to shake the interviewer's hand tightly when you leave. That makes an impression.
