Job Interview Questions: Mom speaks little english and has a job interview soon.Job has little requirements but still need advice?

The job only need a high school diploma and a ged. My mom has a bachelors degree so thats not the problem. Problem is she speaks 50/50 English. So is there any tips/advice so she can get the job. Job is for aiding elementary kids in recess and helping them at lunch.

• She has a bachelors degree so that means she is quite educated enough to figure out that since this is an English speaking country maybe she could try and learn it. It will benefit in the long run.
