Job Interview Questions: Should I shave for a Job Interview?

I have a Job Interview tomorrow at 11 a.m., and well I am asking whether I have to shave or not for the interview. Its for a DishNETWORK call Center. When I shave it gives me a rather "baby face" and makes me look 4-5 years younger than I usually am.
So, should I shave or not? Its not quite a thick beard its a small beard.
