Job Interview Questions: What kind of questions will be asked for a job interview for Youth coordinator?

I will be interviewing for a job as a Youth Coordinator for my Church. I am a retired school teacher and coordinated a step team that grew to National Champion status under my direction. I retired in 2004.

Depends how 'with it" the interviewing team is.

They should ask about your Christian beliefs.

They should do a criminal record check.

They should ask for info on what you know about the characteristics of 13-20 year olds.

They should make sure you get along with other staff.

They should ask for a reference from a former boss.
