Job Interview Questions: How do I ace my job interview?

Ok so tomorrow I have a job at a care facility for the elderly. This job seems perfect has set hours, it's full-time, pays more than the job I have now, and has benefits. So my question is how can I ace the job interview? I really want this job so any helpful tips on how to convince the interviewer to hire me would be great!

Recommended Answer:
Confidence. Know what you want, not what you THINK they want. Dress sharp; not only to look sharp but by dressing sharp, your mind will think sharp and boosts confidence.
And read this wiith your own name..

Tom Staley, meet Tom Staley------ an important, a really important person. Tom, you're a big thinker, so think big. Think big about Everything. You've got plenty of ability to do a first-class job, so do a first-class job.
Tom, you believe in Happiness, Progress, and Prosperity.
So: talk only Happiness,
talk only Progress,
talk only Prosperity.
You have lots of drive, Tom, lots of drive.
So put that drive to work. Nothing can stop you, Tom, nothing.
Tom, you're enthusiastic. Let your enthusiasm show through.
You look good, Tom, and feel good. Stay that way.
Tom Staley, you were a great fellow yesterday and you're going to be an even greater fellow today. Now go to it, Tom. Go forward.

You can change it up and make your own by coming up with your own best qualities. Call it "__ ___(your name)'s 60 second commercial" and play it a bunch of times. Play it even after you get the job. Play it until you make it to the top!
