Job Interview Questions: Can i sue for discrimination as a result of a job interview?

I think they are not going to hire me because of something I said in the interview unrelated to the job. They took me to lunch and in the elevator there was a bad smell. I guess I was nervous because when we got out I said that it wasn't me behind the smell. They looked at me funny and were different to me after that. Can I sue based on discrimination if they were white males? Serious answers only please.
