Job Interview Questions: Possible questions at a call center job interview?

Can someone help me with how I should answer at the job interview. And can someone post the questions they may possibly ask me.

Questions to Ask in the Job Interview - How to Nail Your Job Interview

Recommended Answer:
I've recently been hired as a call centre agent.

The things they were looking for were
- Computer typing speed, words per minute.
- Maths/English qualifications
- Ability to verbally communicate well
- Attention to detail
- High motivation for customer service
- Good team-working skills

The questions they asked were
- Name a time when you have dealt with a complaint
- Name a time when you have provided a good level of customer service
- Name an occasion where you have worked in a team
- Name a time when you have had to work to a deadline

Really don'r worry. These types of interviews are very common and are good as they allow you to think of prospective answers before the question is even asked.
Hope this helps. Sarah
