Job Interview Questions: How do I go on a job interview if I work full time?

I just took a new job in which there is a 90 day probationary period in which I'm not allowed ANY days off. I cannot miss work or I will be fired. I want to apply for my dream job...What happens when they call for an interview? I work full-time 8 to 5 pm.
