Job Interview Questions: I had a job interview yesterday and the manager said he would call me today but hasn't yet?

... should I call him? He told me he would call me today whether I got the job or not to let me know. He has to call today because orientation is tomorrow and I don't know if I need to go or not unless he calls. How long should I wait before I call him (if I should)? It's 5:30 pm right now where I live. The interview was at McDonald's if that makes a difference, and I'm 17.

• Well i would phone a couple of hours later obviously before the place shut. They could think that your really interesed and committed to the job but then they could think you are being pusshy. Maybe call them in the morning as soon as they open. Hope you get the job


• If you do not get a call. Call them to ask what happened at the last hour. If he doesn't call you do not have a job I guess.
