Job Interview Questions: Job interview outfit?

Ok so I have a job interview today and I was told to dress semi-professional. What does that mean?! I need to know:

-What kinda shirt should I wear and should I tuck it in?
-What kinda pants should I wear? U think really dark black jeans will be fine cuz I don't have slacks. I usually wear those jeans to formal affairs and u can't even tell they're jeans unless u really look at them.
-Oh what kinda shoes should I wear? U think a pair of black K-Swiss will be fine or should I wear black leather shoes?
