Job Interview Questions: Job Interview Advice?

This is my first time going to a job interview,i applied at Macy's and they emailed me back to schedule an appointment.Well there are basically 2 days to choose from each having various different times for an interview. What i was wondering is are Macy's interviews 'first come, first serve?' Should i pick the earliest time on the first day available?Would that make a difference??Any good advice would do.Please no rude comments, only serious answers.Thank You.

Use Good Scents for Your Job Interview

Recommended Answer:
I would pick the earliest time on the earliest day. They are going to be interviewing a lot of people, and you need to get their attention early. Here are a few tips:
Be sure to check out Macy's website, learn as much as you can about Macy's before you go. Have a couple of questions in mind because they are going to ask YOU if you have any questions, this will give you a chance to outshine the rest

Best of luck

Behavioral and Situational Job Interviews

  • Pick the second day, they will be doing those interviews anyways so try being the last one they think of. Secondly, DO NOT sit down until you are asked to once you have begun your interview. And if it is a group of people, introduce yourself to every single person in the room.

  • I doubt they will decide on a first come first serve basis but showing up early may be a good sign that you are dependable and also eager to get the job.
