Job Interview Questions: How do you make a good impression at a job interview?

I've had a few job interviews lately, and I keep messing them up and not getting the job. I'm a teenager, and I don't really want a job right now, but in the future, I will! Any advice on how to nail interviews? More specifically, what do interviewers look for in a potential employee?
