Why interview for a job your parent doesn't want you to have, and thus likely wouldn't allow you to work even if they agreed to hire you?

Don't waste your time or the interviewers time, unless you would be allowed to work the job if it was offered to you. In other words, get your mom to okay you working if they want to hire you.

As for ditching school, as long as you aren't missing any important classes then I see no issue in that regard.

  • i think that it is worth going to the interview because that means if you do get the job you will have some cash flow hahaha.
even if your mom doesnt want you to have the job, its your decison, but i dont think that you will get into that much trouble, just write a note or something and get exscused.

  • When I was at school/college they allowed you to have the morning or afternoon off if you told them you had an interview to attend. Just inform the school of where you are going and it should all be fine since they can't exactly stop you. Good luck with the interview~
