I would say so. I mean, why would the company waste money flying you half way across the country if they weren't really interested. You have nothing to worry about.
Good luck at your interview!

Job Interview Success: 6 Tips to Get You the Job You Want

  • The company is flying you to Texas for a face to face interview because they are seriously interested in you for the job. They will learn much more about you during the interview, and will eventually make a decision whether to offer you the position. Remember they are very likely also inviting others to Texas to interview, and that you are in competition with those others for the job.

So, you can congratulate yourself for having impressed them enough on the phone to be invited for the on-site interview, but a job offer is still not a sure thing at this stage. So, I'd advise you to proceed with cautious optimism. Use the time before the interview to research the company, and find out as much as possible about them and about the opening. Talk to people you may know who are employees there, or former employees. Make a list of questions to ask them when you get the chance. Remember they are interviewing you from the perspective of what you can do for them, and make sure you communicate that to them. But you are also interviewing them to see if their opening is a good match for you at this point in your career. Make sure you find that out while you are there.

Are you willing to move to Texas for this job if they make you a good offer? If not, don't waste their time and yours by traveling there under false pretenses.

Finally, if you are going to communicate to them by e-mail, run spell/grammar check before you send anything, or better yet, have somebody who writes well check your message before you send it. Spelling and grammar are not your strong points. For instance, you have confused there and their in writing your question.
