What to Say During a Job Interview: 3 Steps to Interview Answers That Will Get You Hired

Recommended Answer:
ok, I know you're just interviewing at a local bar-b-q place, but have a look at the following two articles. One is written as if you're interviewing to be a manager - but the same advice applies to everyone. The other is written from the perspective of the manager doing the interview. Knowing how the other side thinks will help you understand what they are looking for.

Ideally, be smarter, better dressed, more dedicated, more impressive than anyone else!

Job Interview Success Checklist

  • make sure you wear something professional and act like you have the job. Have confidence and smile. Make sure your cell phone is put away on vibrate or turned off. Make sure you listen to all of the questions completely, then answer. Don't chew gum. Mints are always good! I doubt if you would need an ID unless you were told to bring one. Act like you have the job! That really is impressive (confidence, pride, excitement, like you want to be there :).)
Some questions that I was asked:
    1. Why do you want to work here?
    2. What made you apply? Were you recommended?
    3. What are some of the qualifications and skills that you can bring to the job?
    4. Your availability
    5. Things about your previous jobs (volunteering counts too)
These all are basic questions to think about that most employers ask. Hopes this work for you, GOOD LUCK!
