I have a job interview coming up on Tuesday for Target. This is my first job interview, and I want to make a good impression! Does anyone have any tips? Do you know any questions that they might ask? Thanks! :)

Be sincere and always look the interviewer in the eye. Be confident. You will be there to sell them on you, so be energetic and answer questions with a positive attitude. Don't answer with "I think I can," answer with "I know I can." Dress nice, no jeans or sandels. Make sure your clothes are clean and you are well groomed. If you have piercings - take them out.

My fiancee recently went for a job interview and they contacted him 2 weeks later. They asked if he could go for a physical and provide his consent for the company to do a criminal record check.
I know he will have good results on his tests, he is in good physical condition and does not have a record. If his tests check out does this mean he will have the job?

I'd stick to business casual. That is, no jeans, no T-shirts with logos (preferably no T-Shirts at all), no shorts, and fairly nice shoes. Even though it's a fairly casual job, you should dress just one degree better for an interview and you can't go wrong.
