Job Interview Questions: Job interview at nursing home. Help? :)?

I have a job interview tomorrow at a nursing home and i'm super nervous. Its for work experience at school and i'll only be there for not even 2 hours a day. Ill basically be serving snack, visiting with the old people and helping out a little in the kitchen here and there. Im scared for my INTERVIEW!! Obviously i won't say exactly what you tell me but give me some ideas on what i could say for the following questions.
1) Why did you choose this nursing home to do your work experience?
2) What are your qualities?
And any other tips!

As far as why you chose that nursing home, it's always best to research a company or business establishment prior to an interview. See if they have a website and if so, find out some qualities about the place that you like. Use those to describe why you want to work there. Even if you don't want to work with the elderly when you graduate from school, tell them that you have an interest in caring for older patients and know that you can learn a lot about this population while working there. NEVER state in an interview anything about "needing" a job, or "just to fufill a school obligation", or anything about money.

Job Interview Questions: Is this acceptable to wear at a job interview?

I have to dress up tomorrow like im going to a job interview
    would skinny/flare jeans be acceptable?
I'm going to wear flare jeans(or, if acceptable, skinny ones) with wedge heels, a black tack top and a 3/4 sleeve jacket on top
should I just screw the pants and go with a skirt?

Know How Important the Job Interview Questions Are

    Recommended Answer:
I would wear nice black pants with a nice blouse not a tank top. If you want to wear a skirt make sure it's not a short one. I would wear a suit jacket. Wear heels(not the type for clubbing though). Jeans are a definate no-no.

Job Interview Answers That Lead to Success

    • If you are applying for a proffessional job blue jeans are not acceptable regardless of style. Wear suit pants or a skirt it would leave a much more proffessional impression on the inteviewer.

I mean if you are interviewing for a casual type job than it may be acceptable and better to not overdress, but otherwise nix the jeans and wear something more appropriate for a professional work environment.

    • No. Wear a leather miniskirt that your butt cheeks don't have a chance staying in. Pair that with knee length black, snakeskin boots. Depending on your breast size, wear a bra that is basically all padding. Girlfriend, you want those bosoms to literally suffocate whoever is interviewing you. This will disable oxygen to flow into his/her brain, therefore increasing your chances of getting the job. I would do a sexy comb over. Good luck toots :)

    • Yeah. No jeans.

What you wear on your interview says alot about you to the interviewer.

      Wear Casual-buisness clothing.

A skirt would be good. Yeah, wear the skirt.

Good luck!! What's the job btw?

    • Depends, if you are going for a job at "whole foods" or "vitamin cottage", then probaly ok for the jeans. If you are trying to work in an office, wear the skirt.

    • Don't wear jeans to an interview. I don't care what kind of jeans they are. I'd tell that person to just go home if they showed up at my place of business like that looking for a job.

    • Never wear jeans to an interview. You should dress business-casual. Think grey or black slacks with small heels or flats and a dressy or business top.

    • No jeans. Wear either black dress pants or a nice skirt ;)

Job Interview Questions: What should i do if offered job and still have another job interview in a another week for another company?

The first job interview is tom. and is target for sales floor and cart attendant and the other job interview is for ups and is driver helper. Both are seasonal jobs,so what are the chances i get hired from these jobs?

Job Interviews: Question to Not Ask

    Recommended Answer:
I had this situation in the past. I did the following. I told them that I am very interested in the offer and I would like some time to think about it. Give them that week as a reference. They might or might not say yes. If they urge you, you can see if you can negotiate more money or benefits since they urge you and you want to be sure and might lose out on another solution. Also, I would contact the other company to move the interview closer. If you want more tips and strategy ideas, go to this website: www.theoddoneoutstanding.com.
