Job Interview Questions: What should i wear to my Gilly Hicks job interview?

The store is similar to hollister, the girls who work there where the gilly hicks brand, the koala shirt and jean shorts. so should i dress like that? also is it ok if i bring a purse? p.s. it's a big purse

How to Blow a Job Interview in Less Than Five Minutes

Recommended Answer:
Wear a dress from there and some sandals. I think you should bring your purse if there's stuff in there you really need. But if not, then don't bring it. Like if your dress doesn't have pockets, make sure it's a nice purse though. Not all big and worn out. The shorts and shirt are fine to wear to work, I've seen that at Gilly Hicks, but since it's an interview go a little more classy, but laid back at the same time. Maybe even wear a skirt with a tee. That will be okay I think.

What To Do And Not To Do In A Job Interview

  • Don't wear jeans and a tee shirt. Wear a skirt with a nice top and heels. It's an interview so you need to make a good impression. If you go in jeans and a tee shirt you look like your going to go watch tv or something not work. Honestly what do you need in your purse? The less distractions you have the better. I would not bring a purse into the interview if I were you.

  • A skirt with a nice top and heels or flats. No flip flops, jeans or tee shirts.

Job Interview Questions: What do you say in a job interview?

I'm going to an interview for my first job, and I'm at a loss for what to say, proper behavior... etc.

all help is greatly appreciated! (:

You tell them whether your gay or not.

Job Interview: Are You Sending Red Flags And Eliminating Yourself?

  • When you get there, it will come to you. I can't really tell you what to say, because I don't know what the interviewer will say. As for behavior? First thing you should do right when meeting the interviewer is to firmly shake their hand. Not enough people do that when first meeting them. Next is come in there with a smile on your face, it should be warm and inviting. Make sure your posture isn't all slouched. Sit up straight, place your hands on your lap. Make sure to be a bit talkative so they wont think you're a shy person. Try to make them laugh every so often! You want to be remembered, you want to stand out!

  • just make sure you can sell your self as best as possible and do a little research into the job you are applying for so you can give them good reasons as to why you want the job, the main tip to job interviews is confidence, make them think you are totally up for the job. use open body language never fold your arms. be friendly and honest, good luck :)

  • They want to know if you are good employee and can help the company. You need to convince them of that.

  • I like the both, but I think the first is more appropriate. It covers more, and black always seems more sophisticated.

  • I like the first one. The second one is kinda blah. The first one is cute and sophisticated.

  • i like the secound one better. It also depends what job you are interviewing for!

  • True the first one is is really cute, but for a KFC interview I think the second would be best

  • They both look a little skimpy. I would go with something longer.

  • The first one is super cute.

  • I like the second one. It's simpler. :)

  • lol it's kfc you really don't need to dress up for there...

Job Interview Questions: What to expect at a T-Mobile job interview?

Hello. I have a job interview on Monday, February 8th at the Chula Vista corporate office of T-mobile with the Store Manager and he said possibly a second interview with the General Manager as well. I was just wondering what questions they ask and suggested answers to their questions? Thank You.

How to Answer Job Interview Questions - How to Impress Your Potential Employer

Recommended Answer:
Well when I interviewed with them the store manager asked me the basic interview questions that most employers ask such as, whay are you a good candidate for the position, what kind of sales/customer service experience do you have? Why did you apply for this position? Tell me about a time when you had to sell such and such to a customer? What did you like/dislike about your last position things like that. They role played with me in way, they asked me to describe several times when I had a tough customer or when I was faced with a difficult task things like that. Then he asked me if I had any questions for him and FYI, employers love it when you ask them questions about their companies, and advancement opportunities within the company like promotions and things like that. So make sure to think of as many questions as you can once you get to that part because that is a way of showing the employer that you are really interested in learning about the company, not just making a paycheck (even if thats all you want you just don't tell them that lol)

Job Interview Questions: How often should you call after a job interview?

i just had a job interview and they said they would call me but i still called after 2 days and they said the same thing. should i call again or what??

Our Six-Step Guide to a Successful Job Interview

    Recommended Answer:
If they say they will call you and don't, keep calling. It'll suck if they say no, but it's unfair they string you along with false hope. Since you already called once (which after 2 days is reasonable), calling back once a week from now on is sufficient. It'll keep you in the loop without being too bothersome.

How to Prepare for a Job Interview

    • DON'T CALL. It looks like you are desperate for the job and they won't hire you, its best not to call them everyday and ask them over and over again or else they wont conciser to hire you at all. Its hard but they have to review every single person they interviewed, remember that you're not the only one in the position for the job. If they call you, they call you. If they don't, they don't think you're ready for the job. It's best not to pester them or else they wont conciser you for the job at all. Apply for more jobs and don't sit around and call them once a day, if someone wants to hire you, they will call you and interview you and then decide whether you're right for the position or not.

    • 16 17 times a day, and get their home number call there to. Also it's good idea to be waiting in there driveway when they get home. Oh, and follow their kids around a lot.

    • I would probably wait, unless they want an employee that's always pushing for answers and has little patience.

They would take your repeated calls as a lack of professionalism on your part.

    • call them twice a day then they will see how motivated you are and how much you really want the job
