Top 10 Tips for Excelling in a Panel Job Interview

  • Yes, bring a good resume with you if you haven't yet submitted any to your potential employer. Don't worry about your lack of formal working experience - everyone goes through that stage. Your volunteer experiences are going to be a great advantage. Wear something that's appropriate for the culture of the company. A formal job may call for a formal clothing but a casual job may require something that's not too formal. It has to be decent and you have to look good for a great impression. You may arrive a few minutes in advance in order for you to get comfortable with the place. Relax, be confident, and try to go over some possible interview questions prior to your interview.

  • Hello,

You want to bring a copy of your resume along with a cover letter.

Dress neatly and conservatively. You want to project the best possible image of yourself, so plan and prepare a neat, businesslike outfit. You can't go wrong with a business suit.

Arrive for the interview about 10 minutes ahead of schedule.

I hope this helps :-) Good luck!!
