Job Interview Questions: Questions to ask when calling for a job interview?

Im currently 17years of age, 18 in 5months. Im attending a high school, as a student in Year 12. I haven't worked since late 2008 due to the fact i got once shift a week for four hours!

So what questions should i ask when i call the shops to see if any jobs are available?
