Job Interview Questions: I have a job interview tomorrow morning, what is the right etiquette to cancel at the last min?

Spoke to the interviewer on the phone and I really didn't like her. I am getting a bad vibe and it feels like somebody I wouldn't get along with.

How can I reject them without offending them? I have already called up once to reschedule.

Apologize but say after thinking it over you really don't think the job would be for you and you dont want to wast their time.

If your not going to be working directly with the interviewer you may want to go but if Your getting a bad vibe cancel give this excuse and move on in the end it will be better for you

  • If you don't want to work there, just call and politely tell them you won't be able to make the appointment.
What does it matter if you wouldn't get along with the interviewer? Would you also be working with her?

If you still want to work there, make every effort to show up as promised.

  • you shoudl consider that you dont want this job, and they dont want u for this job either considering that you already cancelled the interview and intend to haev a 2nd cancellation. You are wasting their and your time to postpone further.

  • If this is your SECOND cancellation, don't bother.....they are finished with you at this point.
