Usually when I go for a job interview i find myself to be very nervous, dry-mouth and constantly repeating the same words...I've been told to just relax and be yourself but thats even hard to do. I wanna know is there anything I can possibly do to become less nervous, be myself and still land the job????

What I did was I told myself to calm down over and over. Just think, the interviewer certainly won't want to hire a nervous wreck!
If you get dry mouth, just be glad you won't be spitting when you talk. LOL.
It also helps to practice talking to someone, maybe an older brother or your parent.
In the end, just remind yourself that even if you don't get the job you atleast know what to expect in the next interview!

- go in there with the attitude that you already have the job, this is just a formality. think of the interviewer as a friend, and treat them like one. remind yourself it isn't the end of the world if you don't get the job. have lots of candy or breath mints on hand, and make sure to offer one to the person giving the interview... don't know why this seems to break the ice but it does. call them by their first name, helps to think of them as a friend. share something silly and personal when you're shaking their hand.... like "i was almost late getting here because i was so nervous i forgot to put my socks on!"
