5 Job Interview Answers to Avoid

marijuana is fat soluable so theres nothing you can do. if it was water soluable it would be gone in a few days but id recommend job at a local fast food chain or something that requires little to no skill.

Don't Blow Your Job Interview

  • They do. Same day, drink gallons of water, add good deal of salt, plenty of multivitamins.

  • Yes most companies will drug test you, and on the spot! They send you to go get the drug test, then you have to turn in the results in a timely fashion, if you don't they know you are hiding something. Most companies now a days also test for cleansers, or anything to hide anything in your system! The best, fastest, and most reliable way to have a clean drug test is to...NOT USE DRUGS!!!

  • Keep looking for a job, because it takes a long time to test clean with weed.
Not only that, but, what happens when they surprise test you, on the job?
    God bless.

Job Interview Questions: During a recent job interview, when asked about salary requirements, I said something lower than the range?

listed for the position, I did however state with consideration of the entire compensation package. I now have a job offer and I am worried that they will try to low ball me. Is there any way I can recover from this and atleast get back in the range the company listed? Please help!! BTW, I have 7 years of experience and the company was only lookinf for someone with 3--can I use that as leverage or are all negotiations off?

Self-Speaking Lies About Job Interviews

Recommended Answer:
I am a consultant, so I am looking for a job every few months...so this comes from an experience :-)

wait for their offer....once they give the offer, if it is lower then what they stated in the position...tell them that you were looking for 4 weeks of vacation....because that is what you expected when you gave them the lower number. If they don't agree with 4 week of vacation (which most probably they won't)....you ask for more money. If they do agree....then believe me....4 weeks is a very good vacation....you can take 4 weeks off and work some parttime job and make the difference.

Job Interview Technique - 6 Tips To Get Yours Up To Scratch

  • If you have already said how much do you want then I think you can do this:
Tell them you just stated the starting salary, before you begin working for them you want to be ensured that your salary will be increased to...$ after 2 or 3months.

  • Did not the job offer include the salary amount. Yes call them and say you are very interested in accepting the position but need to know the salary.

Recommended Answer:
Wear something professional or business casual. If you have a suit, wear it. If you don't have a suit, wear slacks and a blouse (button-up, or something professional looking).

Do not wear a sundress, jeans, or cute skirt. Highly inappropriate.

Wear your hair down and classic.

How To Lose A Job During The Job Interview

    • Ok so i worked at sears when I was 16 for a year. Im 18 now so it wasnt that long ago.
But there dress code is no colors. So I remember I wore a nice black top with black dress pants. Seems lame black and black.
And I no its really hot, so maybe a short sleve shirt, but no tanks.
and you'll have an outfit you can wear if you get the job.
Also you want closed toed shoes. So NO flipflops.
If you have anyother questions about sears just message me.
Ill tell you about my interview and what they asked me if you need it

    • Hello, you are interviewing for a retail postion therefore, you would simply dress in some business casual threads.... attractive, with a touch of conservatism and class.... but hey, if you are color coordinated and have some heels on your fine.... this is a retail-hardware store, so you wont have too dress like your interviewing for a large cooperation with a strong conservative dress code..... i think you ll be fine in whatever casual business attire, some heels, and as long as your outfit matches, your in there! i would go with a white short sleeve shirt, gray or neutral skirt, with with some hose, heels... or just a white shirt, gray slacks, heels, youll be fine... i used too interview for retail etc... as long as you look sharp, communicate fine, maintain eye contact, answer honestly and without hesitation/sincere, youll be good to go! retail folks want agressive sales people, someone thats energetic, easy too manage and one that shows up on time.... if you stress that your dependable and will strive too attain the goals and objectives of the company..... your fine.... the team player story works best..... i wouldnt be worried as this is sears, i doubt you will make this a long term career..... if you have your game plan down and look the part, youll be fine......

best of luck! just smile and if a male is interviewing you, a little harmless flirting helps.....

    • You should always dress as professional as possible for any sort of job interview. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and you don't want your interviewer to feel as though you don't care about the interview, or that's going to be an immediate dismissal.

    • first, go to sears and buy clothes from there,
      i'd recommend something like
      www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605…
      with
      www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605…good luck on your interview!

    • Why not go for a linen black shift dress with some smart sandals if the dress code is no colour. This will keep you cool especially you can tie your hair up. Good luck.

    • Business casual
So any nice pair of trousers or skirt(around knee length) and a nice blouse. No tank tops, sleeveless is OK, but don't go in something sexy or too casual.

    • Maybe try a knee length professional looking skirt, with a cute dressy short sleeved blouse tucked in.

    • Nice shirt and pants.

    • I would say a dressy blouse and black pants (Not jeans)

Job Interview Questions: What to wear to a job interview for a weight loss coach position?

I have an interview Saturday for a job as a weight loss coach for work/school weight loss challenge programs. While there is some exercise promoted in the program, it mainly revolves around nutrition...so I don't think yoga pants and a tank would be appropriate. I look ridiculous in blazers/suits as I look 15 (I'm actually 20.) so does anyone have any ideas as to what I can wear?

      Thanks :)

Also I think a whistle and a clipboard might be a neat accessory even if you never plan to use them. You'll look like a coach! Make sure you have done all of the research about the company that you can before you go. Good Luck!

      Recommended Answer:
A suit is probably overkill. Just dress "quietly".
16 year olds are what they are.

      a trick of mine:
Bring a notepad that has 2 or 3 legitimate questions listed.
Make sure they get asked, either when the interviewr asks " do you have questions?" or
when it's clear that you are pretty much otherwsie finished.

this shows you have more than casual interest in the job.

Finishing and Leaving Your Job Interview

        Recommended Answer:
My sister is a department supervisor for Macy's and I remember when she was going for her first interview as a simple furniture retail person a few years back.
Most people don't notice, but the employees there always have to be in all black. It's required. They can wear a colored shirt but they always have to have some kind of black cardigan over it. They just want to look professional, they make it easy to spot an associate.
Well my sister usually wear tons of color but, for some reason. she coincidentally went in an all black get-up for her interview. anyways, i heard that they loved it in the end (i guess they thought she did her research/noticed dress codes, etc.). obviously she got the job (on the spot)...
So just wear all black somehow, maybe a suit or just a black dress shirt (a lot of the managers i see walking around wear suits though). Just make sure you look professional, like you care about your appearance, and I'm sure you'll be awesome!!!
        Good Luck :)

        • they dress all fancy so and suit might be too much just go with a button shirt and nice pants w/ a tie!

How to Shine in Audit Jobs Interviews

        Recommended Answer:
First off, i think you should reconsider it a little bit maybe take it for now if you really need to make money. but i suggest you try to apply at restaurants .. where you can make more money and maybe somewhere a little more reputable. Youre pretty young though so i guess if you dont mind working for minimum and standing around in a greasy environment all the time with rude people..... But nevertheless, you should expect to be questioned about why you want to work there and i think the best thing to say is that you think its a great place for you to work and you would like to start saving money to prepare yourself for the future. You should maintain eye contact at all times during the interview, have a nice, positive attitude, be open and honest, smile and seem interested and willing to work. Also, dress professionally, that means no open -toed shoes, black slacks etc.

        • wait til the middle of the interview and if you think things are going well then bring it up. just casually say that you already had a vacation planned that you cant get out of but would be happy to start work right after it. if the boss really wants to hire you then it shouldnt be a dealbreaker he or she will still want you to work for them

        • I do not think you will get the job if you tell them you have a trip planned. I would expect you to cancel it , if I were the employer times are tough and I have other people who want the job more than you do.

        • If they ask you when you could start, select a day after your holiday. You can say that you have commitments until after that time.

You could probably go an apply for the same job at a different branch because each location likely has their own hiring manager. However, you might want to wait a month or so just to be on the safe side. Also if something about you missing this job interview ever comes up in a job interview, be honest, own up to your mistake, and mention it won't happen again.
