I applied for work experience internship when I was 15 at a local TV station (yeah, I got the job) - I'd heard it was a really casual place so I wore a cute dress and some leggings, which I could probably get away with at my age. I have a job interview in 3 hours, and we're in the middle of a really heavy snowstorm. Normally I wear a nice pair of heels or flats for an interview, but the snow is up to my knees and its hard enough to keep my balance in boots.
