First, make a lot of eye contact, smile, speak loudly and confidently and do a little research on sears. Be pleasant, look the interviewer in the eye, don't look down or away. Smile. At the end of the interview tell them you are very interested in the job and hope to be hearing from them soon. - I heard that Sears is very hard to get hired. You are so young. Why don't you just worrying about school right now and college? I made that mistake working at a young age and missed out on so much. Now at 48 I am in college and wish I went after high school. If you do decide to continue with this interview just be yourself.
