Job Interview Questions: If i have gotten called for a McDonald job interview and i going to be hired?

I have a interview Friday for McDonald's it's not the interview i am worried about it whether i will be hired or not( i am a great positive outgoing friendly person). I have been told they would not call you in for a interview and waste there time talking to you if you were not going to be hired for a place like McDonald's . Is this true? No mean rude or negative reply's!

• They won't call you for an interview if they already know that they don't want to hire you. For instance, you didn't do well on the pre-screen questions, you're availability isn't what they are hiring for, etc. However, just because they call you doesn't mean they will hire you either.
