Job Interview Questions: I have a job interview tomorrow for a real estate agent position - any tips/advice?

I'm currently 20 years old, I have no real estate experience what so ever but the employers said they're willing to give me an interview. I need some information about what to say etc, important real estate terms.. thank you!! (I'm from Western Australia if it helps)

The Ten Secrets For a Great Job Interview

Recommended Answer:
Do you even have a real estate agent license? If not, you can't be a real estate agent as it breaks the law.

I think you have been misinformed or you didn't collect the correct information for this interview tomorrow. You are probably working as an unlicensed assistant for a real estate agent or you're working for the brokerage as a receptionist or conveyancer.

There's no way to make yourself knowledgeable because it'll be easy to tell that you know nothing about real estate by the interview tomorrow. Just tell them flat out you don't know anything and you're eager to learn.

Job Interview Questions: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO A JOB INTERVIEW?

I already have my outfit picked out, but I'm undecided as to what to wear underneath. Should I even wear underwear? I don't want to try too hard for some corporate idiot...

My last interview I wore a three day old thong and I got the job but I'm considering a better offer. What do you think... commando?

What Do You Do at a Job Interview?

Recommended Answer:
How uncouth of you not to wear underwear, do you know how unsanitary that is.I surely wouldn't tell to many people. And to admit that you wore a thong for 3 days, don't you change your underwear daily? gross. Who cares what you wear.

  • Unless you're interviewing to become a stripper, your underwear shouldn't make a difference to your interviewer (as long as it doesn't smell).

  • I really dont think that you should go comando. Trust me, i've been in a similar situation and i would recommend you not to go comando! (: hope that helps.

  • Wear sexy (clean) underwear to make you feel more confident. and just wear something that makes you look professional.

  • Yes, I am a little confused as to why you're worried about your underwear for an interview...?

You don't want VPL (visible panty line) so if your wearing tight trousers maybe a thong is best or go commando if you must! lol

Otherwise wear undies that are comfy!

  • hahaha too funny

  • Wear something that makes you feel confident. On top and underneath.
Who knows they might be nervous and imagine you in your underwear.
Going Commando could be a problem in that situation!

Some of the Toughest Job Interview Questions and Their Model Answers

  • Congratulations! You are on your way to getting your job, just remember to look professional but do not over do it. Easy on the makeup too. Just dress nice, a nice summer dress, or a pair of slacks either black or beige, perhaps a maroon polo or a black polo. Many of the new McDonald's restaurants are changing their color schemes to black and maroon. So try something along those lines. I am confident that you will do fine.

I am curious to know, did you use the online job application process, or did you visit a store near you and apply in person?

  • It doesn't really matter. I mean, c'mon! It's McDonald's! As long as you know how to work a cash register and you have a good attitude, they'll be sure to hire you. But, if you really wanna know: Just wear something casual, but not something that'll make you look like a bum (e.g., jogging/sweat pants, baggy T-shirt, ect.).

  • Just wear a nice pair of slacks or khakis, and a nice blouse or polo shirt. You don't need to dress to formally, just don't show up in shorts and a halter top or anything.

  • wear something casual like jeans(nothing too over the top) and a coat. Wear a bright shirt but not like neon. Maybe do your hair in a pony tail or something, and smile.
But the main word here is casual.

  • i just wore casual clothes to mine. but dont slutty clothes or anything!

Job Interview Questions: What should I wear to my job interview?

I got a job interview at Target! But what should I wear? I'm a 16 year old girl if that helps! Are dark skinny jeans okay or do I need to wear khakis? Any advice is greatly appreciated:)

Job Interview

Recommended Answer:
Congrats on your interview!
It's better to be a little over dressy than to be too casual if anything.
I think crisp, dark jeans are okay. No rips, paint splatter, or fading. If you don't feel comfortable with that go with some simple khakis. Wear a RED shirt, they'll appreciate you're already showing "team spirit" if you get my drift. Go for just a simple red t shirt, nothing on it and wear a nice silver necklace (doesn't have to be real silver). Don't overdo makeup or accessories. For shoes you can wear ballet flats or a clean pair of Chuck Taylors. Most of all wear a smile, that leaves a great impression.
Good luck on your interview!

Job Interview Questions: Unknowingly being recorded during a job interview, illegal?

Today I found out that my current employer recorded my job interview. Not only was the interview completely inappropriate question wise but I was also recorded without my permission! At the time I was 17, that has to be illegal to record someone without their knowledge and recording a minor without parental consent? Not only was it recorded but they skyped it and all the employees that worked their at the time could log on to watch? What should I do?

Job Interview Tips That Lead to Job Offers

Recommended Answer:
It depends on what state it was in. In some states you don't need the other party's consent to record a conversation. The fact that the person is a minor is not relevant. Check if your state is a "two party consent state". If it is the recording was illegal. However, I don't believe that you would have any recourse even if it was. The recording could probably just not be used in court. I may be wrong though.

Job Interview Questions: Does anyone have any good tips for a job interview?

I have a job interview tomorrow morning and I'm slightly nervous to say the least. Any advice?

Job Interview Skills

Recommended Answer:
just be yourself. try not to brag but do talk positively about yourself. stay calm and remember that this could help you a ton in the future. good luck!

Job Interviews - What Makes a Great Interview Candidate?

  • Here's some prep tips:

-Make sure you know how to get there.

-Plan to arrive 10 minutes early.

-Dress professionally (nothing sexy, nothing trendy unless it's fashion career)

-Tonight, write a list of all your accomplishments. Also, write down times where you encountered a problem and what you did about it. That way during the interview, you can say that one time, you encountered this problem and you did this and this and then the result was this.

  • Talk to them like they are people, not robots. They don't want to hear that your weakness is that you're a perfectionist because they hear that all day long. Ultimately, people want to work with people they like and get along with. Show them that you have a positive attitude and that you are perfect for their team. All the best!

  • I am a Human Resource manager and used to be in the restaurant industry. Below is an article that should help.
On top of those tips, remember to leave your phone in the car, and definitely be early. Most interviewers are really trying to see if you will be a fit in their workplace so don't fret so much over the questions that they will ask. Personality is a huge factor, especially if you have never had a job before.
    Good luck!!!

  • Be prepared for the most common questions. Know what your weaknesses are and know how to explain why they are actually beneficial to the employer, this is a common trap. Practice answering some of these common questions to avoid sounding nervous. Be prepared and you will feel and appear more confident.

  • Dress your best! i suggest wearing like a blazer and a skirt, those professional and buisness looking ones. also wear glasses, i heard that people with glasses have a higher change of getting the job. if you dont wear glasses, but some fake ones that look real. dont act nervous, they may not want to hire nervous people. Be organized, bring everything your supposed too and be there on time. hope i helped!!

  • Dress nicely. Depending on the type of job (but if you have an interview it's probably formal) I would wear khakis or a nice skirt or something. Skip the jeans. Be calm and be yourself. Be honest, don't make up wild stories and say you can do things when you can't because it'll come back around.

    Good luck!

  • just avoid common interview mistakes.

  • just be urself and be confident in ur self

Recommended Answer:
If I were you I'd go work causal. No need for a suit if you're applying to work with loading trucks. Still, it's important to be neat, so I'd where a nice shirt and a nice pair of pants (not jeans). Look neat, and sound qualified. Just let the guy interviewing you know how to handle the job. Good luck!
