Job Interview Questions: Commonly asked questions at a job interview?

I've never had a job before and i've been applying for part time jobs in my area. I've had a few interviews before but i'm pretty sure I bombed them. So if you could provide some commonly asked questions with some answers you think would be best that would be a great help.

Questions to Ask Your Interviewer in the Job Interview

Recommended Answer:
What are your strengths and weaknesses? (Don't say a bad weakness like "I'm lazy", but you need to have some sort of answer for this because if you say "I don't have any" then they'll just think you're lying to sound good)

Do you have any problem with the hours of operation of our business?

How often do you think you will be absent?

What do you think of people who are constantly tardy?

Why do you want to work here? (It's always a good idea to research the company, but be realistic in your answer.)

TELL THE TRUTH! Every manager I've ever worked for LOVED when potential employees were true to themself and just told the truth.

Good luck!
