It is only when they are seriously considering you, would they invite you back for a second interview.
Take this next interview very seriously. Do not joke or use profanity.
Dress as if you were going to have a family portrait taken and act professional at all times.
Take any identification you think they may require such as medical insurance, etc.
During the interview, there may be another manager present or even the owner.
Don't feel that you are repeating yourself from your previous interview, as the other management present will want to know more about you.
Speak about what your goals for education and career are. They will want to hear of your future plans regardless of whether it is in foodservice or not.
Be honest and polite, and most of all, be yourself and you should do just fine.
